Hotel Policies

General Policies

- To check in, guests must be at least 18 years old or have an Unaccompanied Minor Consent Form completed and submitted by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult
- Valid government or state-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in
- Nightly hold of $150 USD for incidental charges
- Check-in time: 3:00pm 
- Check-out time: 12:00pm



- Pay Now rates are nonrefundable
- Pay Later rates must cancel by 12:00pm 2 days prior arrival to avoid 1-night penalty
- 3-day cancellation notice for suites, 7 days for specialty accommodations
- Exceptions may apply – please see rate rules



- Taxes and service charges may apply


Pet Policy

- Pets are family too – up to 2 pets welcome
- $100 USD cleaning fee will be charged at check-out
- Some areas are off limits to pets including the pool, fitness center, and food and beverage outlets



- Major credit card required to guarantee booking
- A deposit may be required – please see rate rules
- Credit card used for payment must be presented at check-in
- For 3rd-party payments, please contact hotel reservations at 1-833-625-7111 at least 7 days prior to arrival


Group Policy

- 8 or more rooms are considered a group

Family Plan

- Children 12 years of age and under stay free with an accompanying adult


Smoking Policy

- The Jeremy is a smoke-free facility
- A fee of $400 USD will be charged for smoking in guestrooms and suites


Extra Charges

- Extra Person – $50 USD per night
- Rollaway Bed – $70 USD per night
- Smoking – $400 USD
- Pet Cleaning – $100 USD
- Late Check-Out – Half-Day rate after 12pm, Full-Day rate after 3pm
- Early Departure – 1 night room and tax
- Valet Parking – $46 USD per day with in and out privileges
